A cocktail needed an asian pear treatment.
Add to a shaker 1/4 diced asian pear; fresh sliced ginger; 5 mint leaves; 0.5oz lime juice; and 0.5oz lemon juice.
Muddle until soft and juicy.
Add ice; 1oz pineapple juice; and 2oz rum.
Shake 30sec and let rest 60sec.
Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Top with lemon/lime soda (or similar).
Garnish with a mint sprig and asian pear wheel.
