Instructions
Add 1 fresh fig; 6 mint leaves; and 1 brown sugar cube to a shaker.
Muddle until the fig is well broken down.
Add ice and 2oz of bourbon.
Shake for 30sec.
Strain into a high-ball glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger ale.
Stir gently.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
