Apple cider season calls for a spicy apple cider cocktail.
Add a large ice cube to a lowball glass.
Add 1dash Angostura bitters; 1dash Peychaud's bitters; 1 tsp maple syrup; 1 tsp lemon juice; and 2oz rye whiskey.
Top with apple cider.
Stir 30 sec.
Garnish with an apple slice.
