Slice a fresh lemon in half and peel 2 long lemon twists.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add 1.5oz fresh lemon juice.
Add citrus bitters.
Add 1.5oz simple syrup.
Add 3oz gin.
Shake and double strain into a champagne flute.
Top with champagne.
Garnish with a long lemon twist.
